2. Orders & availability

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or amend an order if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, in which case we will contact you and issue a refund for any affected items.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Flutterwave, or via bank transfer where selected at checkout.

4. Delivery & pickup

Delivery is available to selected areas for a fee shown at checkout, with free delivery on orders over £50.00. Pickup orders can be collected in-store during our opening hours: Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
